Our Bodies ~ The Earth

Whenever I take a step back into life in the city I get overwhelmed by the uprooted state of being and depleted energy people carry along with them.

Our exhausted bodies and the depletion of our life force energy is a direct representation of the condition and current state of our planet.

Our human bodies are like the Earth.

We are deeply connected to and intertwined with all living species and creatures that inhabit this planet.

The trees, the plants, the fungi and the soil are all living and breathing species.

Plants hold ingredients that trigger certain systems within our body that regulate hormones and work as an adaptogen for our nerves system, keeping our bodies healthy and balanced.

Some plants hold ingredients that are known to our bodies as an endogenous substance, our body can secrete the same substances in order to keep the natural inner balance alive.

Isn’t that amazing ?

That’s one of the reasons why healing and nurturing our bodies with plants and herbal medicine is so powerful IF we allow ourselves to come back and adapt to the rhythm of the Earth and take the time to allow the plants to work their magic.

A lot of people are becoming aware of the fact that the way society is built isn’t working.

Society is built from a masculine only, ego perspective, with the intention of greed, wanting constant growth, more, faster and better. Goal oriented. Spending too much time within the space of the mind, totally neglecting the heart and the feminine way of being.

The way of the womb.

The future isn’t feminine, nor masculine only.

The future is built from a healthy balance between both.

From a space of healthy alignment between the womb, the heart and the mind.

Earth is cyclical. When we look at the seasons, she goes through stages of death, transformation and rebirth every year with new born strength and energy. This is the secret to life upon this Earth. The secret to maintain a healthy life force energy.

We we learn to collectively strengthen the connection to our bodies and the Earth, when we learn to root down, we will know what it means to take care of ourselves and her. To nurture ourselves and her in a way that is healthy for all of us as a collective.

When we heal, Earth heals.

Thank you for reading.
